SHIPPING RATES AND INFORMATION

Standard Shipping (United States)

Domestic shipping rates are based on the total dollar amount of the order, minus tax or coupons. For standard shipping in the continental United States, orders $50 or over are always shipped free and orders under $50 are a flat fee of $3.99.

This rate also applies for military mail sent via APO, FPO or DPO.

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or the U.S. Territories, shipping is based on the weight of the package.

You will always be able to review shipping charges before finalizing your order at checkout.

Expedited Shipping (United States)

Choose expedited shipping to enjoy your items sooner! This option is only available to customers who ship in the continental United States.

Standard Shipping (International)

International shipping rates are based on the estimated weight of the package.

You will always be able to review shipping charges before finalizing your order at checkout.

International shipping rates do not include import fees, customs or duty charges. Craftyrificshop.com has no control over these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.

Delivery Time and Processing Times

I ship within 1-2 business days (M-F 9-4pm), of your order placed (unless otherwise stated in our shops announcements or Instagram). On holidays it can take more time.

Standard shipping takes on average 5 - 7 business days, whereas priority mail shipping takes 2 or 3 business days. The shipping rates for each of these options are clearly defined before finalizing your order during checkout.

Our warehouse is outside of Prosper, Texas and actual delivery time may be even sooner depending on your address. Once your item ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

 

What's your Shipping Policy?

All orders are shipped USPS first class or priority mail with tracking. **PLEASE make sure the address you leave at checkout is COMPLETE and CORRECT, as this is the address I will ship your order to. I cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to your error. ** Unfortunately, USPS does not 'guarantee' delivery time, except for Express service. While most orders take 2-4 days to arrive once shipped, there have been occasions when the shipping time is longer.

We are not responsible for packages stolen or lost in transit. Please understand we have NO control over USPS service. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know BEFORE placing your order so i can add to it.

 

How do you pack the leather?

I pack the leather on a clear poly bag with a cardboard and ship on waterproof soft mailers. They are shipped flat, I DO NOT roll the leather. Priority mail orders ships on cardboard envelopes.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 3 days of tracking showing delivery if you have any issues with your order. If we send an incorrect item or there's an issue with our items we will take care of it. Cancellation requests are generally not honored as we begin processing orders immediately.
